目的论述心脑血管疾病的合理膳食。方法从心脑血管的疾病成因和特点出发,阐述预防和治疗心脑血管疾病的合理膳食,分别阐述不同食物对预防和治疗心脑血管疾病的作用机制。结果通过本文的叙述可以更加深刻的了解到合理膳食在预防和治疗心脑血管疾病的重要性。
Objective To discuss the reasonable diet of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Based on the causes and characteristics of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, this paper describes a reasonable diet for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and elaborates on the different mechanisms of different foods on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Results Through the description of this article can be more profound understanding of the importance of reasonable diet in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
