以诃子中的主要丹宁成分 :诃子酸、诃黎勒酸和 1,3,6 -三 -O -没食子酰基 - β -D -葡萄糖为对照品 ,对不同来源的诃子及其易混淆品毛诃子 (T .bellirica)、余甘子 (Pyllanthusemblica)进行了薄层色谱鉴别研究。
The main tannin components in wolfberry: cineraconic acid, ellarine acid and 1,3,6-tri-O-galloylacyl-β-D-glucose were used as the reference substance for different sources of wolfberry fruit T. bellirica and Pyllanthusemblica were identified by TLC.
