本文通过对蒙自市餐饮业的现状进行调查,分析其发展前景。蒙自餐饮业存在的主要问题在于:企业规模较小,企业型态低级;食品安全与卫生状况不理想;市场秩序有待进一步规范;从业人员总体素质较低。这些存在的问题都影响蒙自餐饮业的可持续发展,必须加以改进。
This article surveys the current situation of catering industry in Mengzi City and analyzes its development prospects. The main problems existing in the Mengzi catering industry are: small-scale enterprises, low-level enterprise types; unsatisfactory food safety and health conditions; the market order needs to be further regulated; and the overall quality of employees is low. These problems have affected the sustainable development of Mengzi catering industry and must be improved.
