手机短信作为一种新兴证据正逐渐被社会接受,但在当前司法实践中,如何认定手机短信证据效力仍存在分歧。本文分析了手机短信证据属性,并对如何保障手机短信证据效力提出了相关见解。 As an emerging evidence, mobile phone message is gradually accepted by the society. However, in the current judicial practice, how to determine the effectiveness of mobile SMS evidence remains different. This paper analyzes the evidence attributes of SMS, and puts forward the relevant opinions on how to guarantee the validity of SMS.
