学校教育肩负着全面推进素质教育,切实贯彻“健康第一”指导思想的重任。作为学校教育重要组成部分的学校体育是素质教育重要组成部分和突破口之一,其组织者和实施者——体育教师是做好学校体育工作的关键,他们能否充分发挥学校体育在素质教育中的作用,关键在于他们专业素质的高低。本文对中小学青年体育教师的专业素质进行研究,为提高中小学青年体育教师素养提供一定的理论依据和实践支持。 School education shoulders the task of promoting quality education in an all-round way and earnestly implementing the guiding ideology of “health first”. As an important part of school education, school physical education is one of the important components and breakthroughs in quality-oriented education. The organizer and implementer of physical education are the key to doing physical education in school. Can they give full play to the role of school physical education in quality education The role of the key lies in the level of their professional qualities. This paper studies the professional qualities of young PE teachers in primary and secondary schools and provides some theoretical basis and practical support for improving the quality of young PE teachers in primary and middle schools.
