目的 :通过激素单独及作用于变态反应实验家兔 ,探讨激素诱发骨坏死的发病机制及与原发病的相互关系。方法 :实验分 :单纯激素组 ;单纯变态反应病组 ;激素治疗变态反应病组 ;对照组。通过分 2次间隔 3周给家兔静脉注射马血清 ( 10ml/kg)建立变态反应疾病模型。激素治疗采用连续 3天腹腔注射强的松龙 ( 45mg/kg)。实验动物分别在处置完成后 1、2、3、5周时 ,静脉采血行血脂检查后剖取双侧股骨头行电子显微镜观察。结果 :应用激素的动物血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯明显升高 ,并导致成骨细胞脂肪变性、坏死。结论 :激素在治疗变态反应疾病过程中 ,引起了脂类代谢的紊乱 ,致使骨组织细胞脂肪变性、血循环损害、血流瘀滞 ,股骨头发生缺血坏死。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the pathogenesis of hormone-induced osteonecrosis and its relationship with the primary disease through hormone alone and in rabbits with allergic reaction. Methods: Experimental points: simple hormone group; simple allergic disease group; hormone treatment of allergic disease group; control group. Allergic disease models were established by intravenous injection of horse serum (10 ml / kg) into rabbits three times at 2-week intervals. Hormone treatment with continuous 3 days of intraperitoneal injection of prednisolone (45mg / kg). Experimental animals were treated at 1,2,3 and 5 weeks after the completion of venous blood taken after blood lipids examined by bilateral femoral head line electron microscopy. Results: Serum total cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly increased in hormone-treated animals, leading to osteogenic steatosis and necrosis. Conclusion: During the treatment of allergic diseases, hormones cause disorders of lipid metabolism, resulting in fatty degeneration of bone cells, impaired blood circulation, blood stasis, and necrosis of the femoral head.
