目前的职业学校市场营销教学中,教学方法与职业技术人才培养目标不相适应,重视理论教学,不重视实践,不重视学生的职业能力培养。应用4R营销理论,有计划、有目的不断改革与创新市场营销课程教学方法,重视案例与实践教学,培养学生职业能力,提高学生就业率,为社会和企业培养出更多更有用的专业人才。
In the current teaching of vocational school marketing, the teaching methods do not fit the goal of vocational and technical personnel training, pay attention to the theory teaching, do not attach importance to practice, do not attach importance to the students’ vocational ability training. Application 4R marketing theory, there are planned and targeted continuous reform and innovation of marketing teaching methods, emphasis on case and practice teaching, cultivate students’ professional ability, improve student employment rate, for the community and enterprises to cultivate more and more useful professionals.
