在我国贫困农村地区,中学教师普遍缺乏教育科研的驱动力,在活动定向能力、理论思维能力、发现问题和创新能力、动手实践能力以及结果分析能力等方面存在失衡。当前,结合新课改的大背景,亟须加强贫困农村地区教师的职业发展意识,树立主体性教师的科研观,发挥学校和校长的作用,增强科研指导力量和有利条件,积极组织教育科研培训,使教师系统掌握理论知识和科研方法,全面提高教育科研能力。
In poor rural areas of China, secondary school teachers generally lack the driving force for education and scientific research, and there is an imbalance in the ability of orientation, theoretical thinking, problem finding and innovation, hands-on practical ability and result analysis.
