智慧景区建设对于景区实现“智慧旅游”的发展战略具有重要意义。游客对智慧景区的体验感知与满意度评价是反映景区管理及运营状况的一项关键指标。文章以南京中山陵景区为个案,从景区运营管理系统、游客服务系统二个维度构建“智慧景区”评价指标体系,并从32个三级指标计算游客对中山陵景区的期望值及满意度。在此基础上,通过建立期望-满意度矩阵图进行归类分析,对中山陵景区智慧化建设的优势、不足以及策略建议进行探讨。
The construction of intelligent scenic spots is of great significance to the scenic spots to realize the development strategy of “smart tourism”. Visitors to the wisdom of scenic experience perception and satisfaction evaluation is to reflect the scenic area management and operational status of a key indicator. Taking the Zhongshan Mountain Scenic Area in Nanjing as a case study, the article constructs the evaluation index system of “scenic spot” from two aspects of the scenic area operation management system and tourist service system. And it calculates the tourists’ expectation and satisfaction of the scenic area of Sun Yat-sen from 32 three-level indexes . On this basis, through the establishment of expectation - satisfaction matrix mapping analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of the intellectualization of Sun Yat-sen scenic spots and strategies and suggestions are discussed.
