本文指出金属塑性加工变形区中润滑剂的流动是一种入口收敛流动 ,并采用二阶流体本构方程得到了非牛顿流体入口收敛流动的运动方程 ,研究了流体法向应力差在入口收敛流场中对润滑油膜压力的影响。数值分析结果表明 ,流体法向应力差和流体入口收敛流动因素都使油膜压力下降 ,但流体法向应力差是主要因素
