目的:建立强筋健骨片中马钱子碱和士的宁的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ODS C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为0.01 mol·L~(-1)庚烷磺酸钠与0.02 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾等量混合(用10%磷酸调节pH值为2.8)-乙腈(79:21);流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长260 nm。结果:马钱子碱和士的宁分别在0.012 6~0.126 0,0.015 5~0.155 0 mg·ml~(-1)的进样浓度范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系;相关系数分别为0.999 7,0.999 9,平均回收率分别为98.43%(RSD为0.58%,n=6)、99.32%(RSD为0.32%,n=6)。结论:本方法简便可行,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于强筋健骨片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of brucine and strychnine in Jiangqijiangu tablets. Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column was ODS C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol·L -1 sodium heptane sulfonate and 0.02 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (PH adjusted to 2.8 with 10% phosphoric acid) -acetonitrile (79:21) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 with a detection wavelength of 260 nm. Results: The contents of strychnine and strychnine showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.012 6 ~ 0.126 0,0.015 5 ~ 0.155 0 mg · ml ~ (-1) respectively. The correlation coefficients were 0.999 7,0.999 9. The average recoveries were 98.43% (RSD 0.58%, n = 6) and 99.32% (RSD 0.32%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, high sensitivity, good repeatability, and can be used for quality control of strong gluten bone chips.
