为探索中国智能汽车产业竞争力形成机理动态演进规律,科学引导、合理调控智能汽车产业的快速健康发展,首先构建了中国智能汽车产业竞争力评价指标体系,然后采用PLS法(Partial Least Square)建立了智能汽车产业竞争力评价模型,最后,借助相关资料和调研对2012~2015年间中国智能汽车产业各竞争要素重要程度的变化趋势进行了分析。研究发现,专业水平低、成本控制能力较弱、产业布局不够完善、基础配套设施落后等是中国智能汽车产业竞争力不强的主要原因,进而提出了提升中国智能汽车产业竞争力应加速技术进步和产品迭代、增强智能成本控制能力、完善产业布局和智库建设、推动兼管立法和车联网的发展、进行大规模基础设施建设等建议。
In order to explore the law of dynamic evolution of the formation mechanism of China’s intelligent automobile industry competitiveness, and to guide and reasonably regulate the rapid and healthy development of the automobile industry in a scientific manner, an evaluation index system of China’s automobile industry competitiveness was constructed first and then PLS (Partial Least Square) Finally, with the help of relevant data and research, this paper analyzes the trend of changes in the degree of importance of each competitive element in China’s smart car industry from 2012 to 2015. The study found that the low professional level, low cost control ability, incomplete industrial layout and backward basic facilities are the main reasons for the weak competitiveness of China’s smart car industry. Therefore, it is suggested that the technological progress should be accelerated in order to enhance the competitiveness of China’s smart car industry And product iteration, enhance the ability of intelligent cost control, improve the industrial layout and think tank construction, promote the concurrent development of legislation and car networking, and carry out large-scale infrastructure construction.
