目的:建立一测多评法测定白屈菜中5种生物碱的含量。方法:以白屈菜为研究对象,建立黄连碱与白屈菜红碱、白屈菜碱、血根碱、小檗碱的相对校对因子,用相对校正因子计算各成分的含量,并将一测多评法计算的含量结果与外标法计算的含量结果进行比较。结果:5批白屈菜药材中5种生物碱成分含量的一测多评计算值与外标法实测值之间无显著差异。结论:一测多评法可用于测定白屈菜中5种生物碱成分的含量。
Objective: To establish a multi-evaluation method for the determination of five alkaloids in Celandine. Methods: The relative calibration factors of berberine and chelerythrine, chelerythrine, sanguinarine and berberine were established with celandine as the research object. The relative calibration factors were used to calculate the content of each component. Measured by multiple assessment results calculated results with external standard content comparison results. Results: The contents of five alkaloids in five batches of celandine herb were not significantly different from those measured by external standard method. Conclusion: The first test multiple evaluation method can be used to determine the content of five alkaloids in Celandine.
