在当前就业供大于求的局面下,高职院校和教师对学生求职应聘中的面试指导越来越重视。高职生能获得面试机会已是不易,而面试表现在很大程度上又决定了求职成败。面试中招聘者处于相对强势位置,能对面试结果产生直接影响。基于这一思路,笔者从公司企业人力资源部或人事部招聘面试入手,从面试官的印象和面试测评两个角度对学生面试指导作一探讨。
Under the current employment situation of oversupply, higher vocational colleges and teachers pay more and more attention to the job interview guidance of job applicants. Higher vocational students can get interviewing opportunities is not easy, and the performance of the interview to a large extent decided the job success or failure. Recruiters in the interview relatively strong position, the interview results can have a direct impact. Based on this idea, the author recruits interviews from the human resource department of the enterprise or the personnel department and starts with interview interviewing from the interviewer’s impression and interview evaluation.
