目的 :研究MAPK磷酸化与c fos和c jun蛋白表达在HCC发生中的作用。 方法 :利用S P免疫组织化学技术检测 5 5例HCC及其癌旁肝组织中p MAPK、c fos和c jun蛋白的表达。 结果 :p MAPK蛋白的阳性表达主要位于细胞核 ;c fos和c jun蛋白呈核型和 (或 )核浆型 ;HCC中 ,p MAPK、c fos和c jun蛋白的阳性率和阳性表达强度均高于癌旁肝组织 (P <0 0 1) ,p MAPK表达与c fos和c jun蛋白表达强度呈明显正相关 ,癌旁肝组织中 p MAPK与c fos蛋白表达亦呈正相关。 结论 :MAPK信号传导级联异常可能主要在HCC发生的早期起作用 ;癌旁呈 p MAPK、c fos或c jun蛋白表达的肝细胞可能是一种具有恶性潜能的癌前细胞群
Objective: To study the role of MAPK phosphorylation and c fos and c jun protein expression in the development of HCC. Methods : The expression of p MAPK, c fos and c jun proteins in 55 cases of HCC and its adjacent liver tissues were detected by SP immunohistochemical technique. Results: The positive expression of p MAPK protein was mainly located in the nucleus; the c fos and c jun proteins were nuclear and/or nucleoplasmic. The positive rate and positive expression intensity of p MAPK, c fos and c jun proteins were high in HCC. In the adjacent liver tissue (P <0 01), the expression of p MAPK was positively correlated with the expression of c fos and c jun protein. The expression of p MAPK and c fos protein was also positively correlated in the adjacent liver tissue. Conclusion :The abnormality of MAPK signal transduction cascade may play an important role in the early stage of HCC. The hepatic cells with the expression of p MAPK, c fos or c jun protein beside cancer may be a kind of precancerous cell population with malignant potential.
