2.4 Braking system Braking is part of a safety system whose function must be guaranteed regardless of the weather conditions. On the other hand, this is not always the case because of winter problems that affect them. This section first points out some important general rules about the brake system and then introduces the specific issues relating to the disc brake and the rail brake.
