对含碳0.2%钢激光淬火区进行了透射电镜观察。结果表明,在激光淬火区存在高位错密度低碳板条马氏体。在某些板条中存在贯穿整个板条宽度的密排孪晶组织。这种碳素板条马氏体孪晶组织很少报道。残余奥氏体呈薄膜状分布在马氏体板条之间。马氏体与残余奥氏体之间符合K—S关系。
Transmission electron microscopy was performed on the laser quenched zone containing 0.2% carbon steel. The results show that there is a high dislocation density in the laser quenched low-carbon lath martensite. In some slats there are dense twinned structures throughout the width of the slats. This carbon lath martensite twins are rarely reported. Retained austenite was thin film-like distribution between the martensite laths. Martensite and retained austenite between the K-S relationship.
