通过对DWL-48型捣固稳定车液压油散热系统普遍存在液压油温度高故障的调查,对产生故障的原因进行分析,结合DWL-48型捣固稳定车的特点,找出DWL-48型捣固稳定车液压油温普遍温度高的外部结构部件和液压系统本身存在的问题和设计不足之处,提出如何预防和处理DWL-48型捣固稳定车液压散热系统故障,对DWL-48型捣固稳定车散热系统外部结构部件设计不足之处提出改进建议,从而确保大机的安全生产和大机的性能,提高大机作业效率。
Through the investigation of the high temperature fault of hydraulic oil in the DWL-48 tamping stable hydraulic oil cooling system, the cause of the fault is analyzed.
