统计工作要切实起到“社会认识的最有力的武器之一”的作用,必须将丰富的感性材料进行改造制作——加强统计分析,才能发现问题,揭示矛盾,才有根据参与决策。基层供销社统计工作者,能不失时机地向领导提供准确、及时的统计分析资料,对于改善企业经营管理,提高经济效益将起到不可低估的作用。现选登江苏金坛县供销社陈树明同志的五则微型统计分析,并附注有每则分析的反响与效果,唯冀各级领导和统计工作者从中有所启迪。
The statistical work must effectively play the role of “one of the most powerful weapons for social understanding.” We must transform and produce rich sensible materials. We must strengthen statistical analysis in order to discover problems and reveal contradictions before they can participate in decision-making. Statistics workers at the grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives can provide accurate and timely statistics and analysis information to the leaders without losing time, which will play an important role in improving business management and improving economic efficiency. The five mini-statistical analysis of Comrade Chen Shuming at the supply and marketing cooperatives in Jintan County, Jiangsu Province, are selected and the responses and results of each analysis are noted.
