目的检测先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿血清胃饥饿素(ghrelin)水平,并探讨其与BMI的关系。方法收集本院心脏诊疗中心2012年1月-2014年2月CHD组182例CHD患儿及同期100例健康体检儿童血清,同时计算体质量指数(BMI)。比较2组人群血清ghrelin和BMI水平,并进行相关性分析。结果 CHD组患儿血清ghrelin显著高于对照组(37.1 ng/ml±16.8 ng/ml vs 7.8 ng/ml±2.3 ng/ml),而BMI水平明显减低(19.5 kg/m2±5.3 kg/m2vs 24.3 kg/m2±2.5 kg/m2),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且CHD患儿的血清ghrelin与BMI呈负相关(r=-0.613,P<0.001)。结论 CHD患儿血清中ghrelin水平明显增高,且与BMI呈反比,提示高水平血清ghrelin与CHD患儿生长延迟密切相关。
Objective To investigate the serum ghrelin level in children with congenital heart disease (CHD) and to explore its relationship with BMI. Methods A total of 182 children with CHD and 100 healthy children in the CHD group from January 2012 to February 2014 were enrolled in this study. Body mass index (BMI) was also calculated. Serum levels of ghrelin and BMI were compared between the two groups and correlation analysis was performed. Results Serum ghrelin in children with CHD was significantly higher than that in controls (37.1 ng / ml ± 16.8 ng / ml vs 7.8 ng / ml ± 2.3 ng / ml), while the BMI level was significantly lower (19.5 kg / m2 ± 5.3 kg / m2 vs 24.3 kg / m2 ± 2.5 kg / m2), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The serum ghrelin was negatively correlated with BMI in children with CHD (r = -0.613, P <0.001). Conclusions Serum levels of ghrelin are significantly increased in children with CHD, and inversely proportional to BMI, suggesting that high levels of serum ghrelin are closely related to the growth retardation in children with CHD.
