从野生豆科植物根瘤中分离根瘤菌,是研究、开发和利用我国生物固氮资源的一个重要方面。1982年在辽宁省铁岭地区15个县采集了143份野生大豆根瘤材料,剔除霉变的12份,其余131份材料接种于铁丰18号大豆种子做重新结瘤试验。从中进行了分离,得到31个菌株,对其中19株做了进一步纯化和初步生理鉴定以及水培结瘤试验。对此19株分离物还做了耐酸度比较,鉴定结果见表1。在此基
Isolation of rhizobia from the wild legume nodules is an important aspect of research, development and utilization of biological nitrogen fixation resources in our country.
