根据市建委沪建设(91)第172号文“关于市属甲级勘察设计单位全面质量管理(TQC)达标验收后复查工作的通知”的要求,上海市建委、市勘察设计协会于1991年11月25日～26日派检查组来隧道院复查,经考核后报市建委审定通过。1992年1月20日上海市勘察协会TQC工作委员会全体会议上,蔡詠榴会长向我院颁发了TQC达标验收合格证书,这标志了我院坚持推行TQC进入了一个新的阶段。

After the assessment, it was reported to the municipal construction committee for approval. On January 20, 1992, at the TQC Working Committee of the Shanghai Exploration Association, President CAI Yulu awarded the TQC acceptance acceptance certificate to our institute, which indicates that the hospital’s adherence to the TQC has entered a new stage.
