目的探讨温阳消饮法对胸腔积液模型大鼠纤维蛋白原含量的影响。方法将Wistar成年大鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为温阳消饮组(W)、去桂消饮组(Q)、模型组(M)、空白组(K)。空白组外的其余3组动物以1%角叉菜胶胸腔注射建立大鼠胸腔积液模型,造模24h后,计算机X线拍摄胸片对造模组大鼠进行病理评价。于造模2h后灌胃给药。W组:按12g/(kg·d)等效剂量灌胃给予温阳消饮方药液,每日1次,连续3 d;Q组:按10g/kg·d等效剂量灌胃给予去桂消饮方药液,每日1次,连续3 d;M组、K组:同等条件饲养,不实施任何给药方案。结果 M组胸腔积液量较W组、Q组偏多,W组、Q组胸腔积液量无明显区别。与K组相比,M组大鼠血浆纤维蛋白原含量明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与M组相比,W组、Q组血浆纤维蛋白原含量明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);W组与Q组相比,血浆纤维蛋白原差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温阳消饮法可显著降低胸腔积液模型大鼠血浆纤维蛋白原含量,消除胸腔积液。
Objective To investigate the effect of Wenyang Decoction on fibrinogen content in pleural effusion model rats. Methods Wistar adult rats (male and female half) were randomly divided into Wenyangxiaoying group (W), Guijiangyin group (Q), model group (M) and blank group (K). The remaining 3 groups of animals except the blank group were injected with 1% carrageenan to establish the model of pleural effusion in rats. After modeling for 24 hours, the pathological evaluation was made on the rats in the model group by computerized radiography. 2h after modeling intragastric administration. In group W, the liquid of Wenyang Xiaoyu Decoction was administered orally by the equivalent dose of 12g / (kg · d) once daily for 3 consecutive days. In group Q, 10g / kg · d equivalent dose of Guixiayin Fang liquid, once daily for 3 consecutive days; M group, K group: the same conditions of feeding, do not implement any dosing regimen. Results The volume of pleural effusion in group M was more than that in group W and group Q. The volume of pleural effusion in group W and group Q was not significantly different. Compared with group K, plasma fibrinogen levels in group M were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with group M, the content of fibrinogen in group W and group Q was significantly lower than that in group K (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma fibrinogen between W group and Q group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Wenyang Xiaoyin Decoction can significantly reduce the content of fibrinogen in pleural effusion model rats and eliminate pleural effusion.
