目的了解广州珠江河口地区不同生态环境中副溶血弧菌(Vp)的分布情况,为Vp型污染防控提供可靠的依据。方法根据广州珠江河口地区水网主要特征进行监测,定量分析按照GB/T4789-2003中的方法进行;阳性菌株采用荧光定量PCR法进行毒力基因的检测。结果外环境及海水产品Vp总阳性率为34.10%(671/1968);水产品的阳性率为47.50%(114/240),水体总阳性率为27.27%(373/1368),淤泥和水草等环境样本的阳性率为51.11%(184/360),大部分(118/120)不携带毒力基因。外环境Vp检出率与水体深度、潮汐、水温、pH、盐度等有关。结论广州珠江河口地区海(水)产品、海水等外环境中Vp污染严重,其中以贝壳类海产品最高,海水中污染率高于其他环境水体。
Objective To understand the distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (Vp) in different ecological environments in the Pearl River Estuary in Guangzhou, and to provide a reliable basis for the prevention and control of Vp pollution. Methods According to the main characteristics of water network in Pearl River estuary in Guangzhou, the quantitative analysis was carried out in accordance with the method of GB / T4789-2003. The positive strains were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR for virulence genes. Results The positive rate of Vp in external environment and seawater products was 34.10% (671/1968), the positive rate of aquatic products was 47.50% (114/240), the total positive rate of water was 27.27% (373/1368), silt and aquatic plants The positive rate of environmental samples was 51.11% (184/360), the majority (118/120) did not carry virulence genes. Vp detection rate of the external environment and water depth, tide, water temperature, pH, salinity and so on. Conclusions Vp pollution is serious in seawater (seawater) products and seawater in the Pearl River estuary of Guangzhou. Among them, the shellfish products are the highest, and the pollution rate in seawater is higher than that in other environmental water bodies.
