8毫米介质稳频微带Gunn振荡器 封面照片是南京电子器件研究所研制的8毫米介质稳频微带Gunn振荡器。其主要技术特点是:采用微带MIC结构,使用高Q介质谐振器稳频和自制的低损耗探针式8毫米微带与波导转换接头。因此,具有体积小、重量轻、高稳定、加工调试方便和易于集成等优点。 该部件已达到的性能指标为: 频率范围26.5~40GHz 输出功率10~170mW 温度系数10—20ppm/C 该振荡器是一种新型的8毫米高稳定振荡源。在要求小体积、轻重量的全集成前端中作本振和发射用,可广泛用于电子工程及通讯系统等领域。
