目的:探讨CIDE基因家族与脂肪肉瘤的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测30例正常脂肪组织、20例脂肪瘤和21例脂肪肉瘤组织中CIDEA、CIDEB和CIDE3的表达情况。结果:CIDEA和CIDE3在30例正常脂肪组织、20例脂肪瘤和8例高分化脂肪肉瘤中均高表达,在2例去分化、6例黏液型及5例多形型脂肪肉瘤中,仅在成熟的脂肪细胞或有脂母细胞分化的细胞中表达,而去分化的肿瘤细胞和基质细胞则不表达;且CIDEA和CIDE3的表达一致;CIDEB在所有正常脂肪组织、脂肪瘤及脂肪肉瘤中均呈阴性。结论:CIDEA和CIDE3均与脂肪细胞的分化密切相关,二者的表达缺失可能与脂肪肉瘤的发生和进展有关,但CIDEB与脂肪肉瘤的发生无明显关系。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between CIDE gene family and liposarcoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CIDEA, CIDEB and CIDE3 in 30 cases of normal adipose tissue, 20 cases of lipoma and 21 cases of liposarcoma. Results: CIDEA and CIDE3 were highly expressed in 30 cases of normal adipose tissue, 20 cases of lipoma and 8 cases of well-differentiated liposarcoma. Among 2 cases of dedifferentiation, 6 cases of mucinous type and 5 cases of polymorphous liposarcoma, Mature adipocytes or cells differentiated with adipocytes, whereas dedifferentiated tumor cells and stromal cells are not expressed; and CIDEA and CIDE3 expression are consistent; CIDEB is present in all normal adipose tissue, lipoma, and liposarcoma Negative. CONCLUSION: Both CIDEA and CIDE3 are closely related to the differentiation of adipocytes. The loss of expression of CIDEA and CIDE3 may be related to the occurrence and progression of liposarcoma, but CIDEB has no significant relationship with the occurrence of liposarcoma.
