目的:比较氟尿嘧啶脾动脉插管给药和耳静脉给药的优劣。方法:采用高效液相色谱法比较研究了家兔氟尿嘧啶2种给药途径的药代动力学。结果:脾动脉插管给药后门静脉血药浓度高于耳静脉给药,脾动脉给药组的Cmax比耳静脉给药组高63.8%(P<0.05),曲线下面积(AUCo-18)比耳静脉给药高42%。结论:脾动脉插管给药对消灭门脉供血的外围癌组织,控制和预防肝动脉介入栓塞后癌灶复发具有十分重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the advantages and disadvantages of intrathecal administration of fluorouracil and administration of ototoxic vein. Methods: The pharmacokinetics of two routes of administration of Fluorouracil in rabbits were compared by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The blood concentration of portal vein after intubation of splenic artery was higher than that of ototoxicity. Cmax of splenic artery administration group was 63.8% (P <0.05) higher than that of intravenous administration group. The area under the curve (AUCo-18) 42% higher than the intravenous administration. Conclusion: Intubation of splenic artery is very important for the prevention of the recurrence of the foci after hepatic artery interventional embolization.
