目的探讨自我管理教育对“新农合”腹膜透析患者身心状况的影响。方法选择郑州某三甲医院新农合腹膜透析患者91例,按研究时间分为对照组和干预组。应用《一般资料调查表》、《慢性病自我效能量表》、《生活质量量表》及生化指标两组患者干预前后变化。结果与对照组比较,干预组患者钙、血红蛋白以及白蛋白提高(P<0.05),钾、磷、尿素、肌酐减低(P<0.05),干预组患者自我效能及生活质量得分均提高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论自我管理教育干预能够有效改善新农合腹膜透析患者生化指标、自我效能以及生活质量,达到改善患者身心状况的目的。
Objective To explore the effect of self-management education on the physical and mental status of patients undergoing “NRCMS” peritoneal dialysis. Methods Ninety-one cases of perineal dialysis patients were selected from a top-three in a certain A-level hospital in Zhengzhou. According to the study time, they were divided into control group and intervention group. The application of “general data questionnaire”, “chronic disease self-efficacy scale”, “quality of life scale” and biochemical indicators of two groups of patients before and after intervention changes. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of calcium, hemoglobin and albumin in the intervention group were significantly increased (P <0.05), potassium, phosphorus, urea and creatinine were decreased (P <0.05), and the self-efficacy and quality of life scores were increased in the intervention group (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Self-management education intervention can effectively improve the biochemical indexes, self-efficacy and quality of life of patients undergoing NRCMS peritoneal dialysis, and achieve the goal of improving patients’ physical and mental health.
