以10个广西野生灵芝菌株为试材,采用酯酶同工酶分析和拮抗试验的方法,研究供试菌株的遗传多样性。结果表明:广西野生灵芝具有丰富的遗传多样性。试验共检测到22条谱带,10个菌株间的谱带均有差异。各菌株间的遗传相似系数在0.36~0.95;在相似系数为0.55时,10个菌株可以分为3类,即菌株C3(红芝)为一类,菌株C9(白芝)为一类,C1、C2、C4、C5、C6、C7、C8、C10(黑芝)为一类;在相似系数为0.64时,黑芝类又可分为2类,即C1、C2、C4、C8、C10为一类,C5、C6、C7为一类。菌株C4与C10、C5与C7间的遗传相似系数大于0.90,亲缘关系很近,且这2对菌株间无拮抗,说明菌株C4与C10为同一菌株,C5与C7也为同一菌株。
Ten wild Ganoderma lucidum strains were used as materials to study the genetic diversity of the tested strains by esterase isoenzyme analysis and antagonistic test. The results showed that: Guangxi Wild Lingzhi has rich genetic diversity. A total of 22 bands were detected in the experiment, and the bands of 10 strains were different. The genetic similarity coefficient of each strain ranged from 0.36 to 0.95. When the similarity coefficient was 0.55, the 10 strains could be divided into three groups, namely strain C3 (Hongzhi), strain C9 , C 2, C 4, C 5, C 6, C 7, C 8 and C 10 (black and white ones). When the similarity coefficient is 0.64, A class, C5, C6, C7 for a class. The genetic similarity coefficient between strains C4 and C10, C5 and C7 was greater than 0.90, and the genetic relationship was close. There was no antagonism between the two strains, indicating that strains C4 and C10 were the same strain and C5 and C7 were also the same strain.
