为研究大豆对SMV抗扩展的遗传机制,以中豆29×中豆32构建的重组自交系群体(RIL)为材料,人工接种SC-3株系。以病情指数为抗性指标,应用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型进行遗传分析,利用复合区间作图法进行QTL定位。结果表明:该RIL群体对SC-3株系的抗性遗传符合B-2-3遗传模型,即抗性由2对等加性主基因控制,加性效应为-9.78,主基因遗传率为97.65%。在3个染色体上检测到3个抗性相关QTL,表型贡献率为10.80%~13.41%。
In order to study the genetic mechanism of soybean resistance to SMV, SC-3 lines were inoculated artificially in a recombinant inbred line population (RIL) constructed by Zhongnu29 × Zhongdou32. With the disease index as the resistance index, the genetic analysis was carried out by using the major gene + polygene mixed genetic model, and the QTL mapping was performed by the composite interval mapping method. The results showed that the resistance inheritance of SC-3 line in this RIL population was in line with the B-2-3 genetic model, that is, the resistance was controlled by 2 pedestrians, the additive effect was -9.78, the heritability of the major gene was 97.65%. Three resistance-related QTLs were detected on 3 chromosomes, and the phenotypic contribution rate was 10.80% ~ 13.41%.
