首次研究了月柿根际土壤酶的活性及其与土壤农化特性、月柿产量的关系 .结果表明 :中、低产园土壤酶的活性显著低于高产园土壤 ;月柿根际土壤酶活性的水平分布规律是 :在树冠滴水线最高 ,在树冠内半径1 /2处显著降低 ,而在树冠滴水线向外加树冠半径长的 1 /2处最低 ;月柿根际土壤酶活性的垂直分布规律是 :0~ 2 0 cm土层最高 ,随土层的加深而逐渐降低 .统计分析表明 :土壤酶活性与土壤养分含量、月柿产量均呈极显著相关 ,不同土壤酶之间也呈极显著相关 .
The results showed that the activities of soil enzymes in middle and low-yielding gardens were significantly lower than those in high-yielding gardens. The activities of soil enzymes Is the highest in the canopy drip line and the lowest in 1/2 of the canopy radius but the lowest in 1/2 of the canopy drip line plus the canopy radius. The law is that the soil layer of 0 ~ 20 cm soil layer is the highest, and gradually decreases with the deepening of soil layer.Statistical analysis shows that: the soil enzyme activity has a very significant correlation with the soil nutrient content and the yield of persimmon, Significant correlation .
