随着卓越绩效标准在我国的贯彻实施,自我评估已逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。本文阐述了自我评估的概念和内涵,深入探讨了自我评估的过程管理和采用模式的可能选择,指出:卓越绩效模式的有效性和应用方法的适宜性是决定自我评估能否成功的重要因素。
With the implementation of high performance standards in our country, self-evaluation has gradually become the focus of attention. This paper elaborates the concept and connotation of self-assessment, probes into the process management of self-assessment and the possible choices of adopting mode. It points out that the effectiveness of the model of high performance and the suitability of the application method are the important factors that determine the success of self-assessment.
