利用同类特异抗血清和放射免疫扩散方法测定IgG、IgA、IgM含量,共检查94例红斑性狼疮病人,其中49例为盘状,14例播散型,31例系统型。用38例健康者作对照(对照组含量IgG=1283±33毫克％,IgA=235±9.1毫克％,IgM=126±8.8毫克％)。并测电泳蛋白和特殊蛋白——半球蛋白、结合珠蛋白(Haptoglobin)和血浆蓝蛋白。各类免疫球蛋白在各型红斑性狼疮中,除IgG于盘状型外,均具有统计学意义的升高。IgG含量
94 cases of lupus erythematosus were examined by using the same specific antiserum and radioimmunoassay methods. Among them, 49 cases were disk-shaped, 14 cases were disseminated and 31 cases were systemic. Thirty-eight healthy controls were used (control group IgG = 1283 ± 33 mg%, IgA = 235 ± 9.1 mg%, IgM = 126 ± 8.8 mg%).
