目的探讨微课嵌入案例教学法在护理基础实验教学中的应用,提高学生创新能力。方法以我校2015级护理9班(46人)为实验班,采用微课嵌入案例教学法;10班(50人)为对照班,采用传统教学法。比较两班学生操作考核成绩和提问成绩,调查实验班学生对微课嵌入案例教学法的评价。结果实验班学生对微课嵌入案例教学法的评价较高,操作考核成绩高于对照班(P<0.05)。结论护理基础实验教学中应用微课嵌入案例教学法,有助于激发学生自主学习兴趣,提高分析、解决问题能力。
Objective To explore the application of micro-class case-in-case teaching method in nursing basic experimental teaching to improve students’ innovative ability. Methods Nine classes (46 students) were enrolled in 2015 Class of 2015 nursing school, using micro-class case teaching method and 10 class (50 students) as control class using traditional teaching method. Comparing the results of two classes of students’ assessment and questioning, the students in the experimental class were evaluated on the case-based teaching method. Results The students in the experimental class had a higher evaluation of the teaching methods embedded in the case of micro-class, and the performance of the operation examination was higher than that of the control class (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of micro-class case-based teaching in basic nursing experiment teaching helps to stimulate students’ interest in autonomous learning and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems.
