由四川省电加工技术服务中心承担的部、省重大科研攻关课题“硬质合金复合电加工刃磨技术及设备研究”在与重庆工具厂的合作下,最近获得可喜的科研成果,并通过省级鉴定。该科研课题是在C8955铲齿机床上进行新型复合电加工刃磨工艺研究,经过上百次的试验,相继突破导电磨轮、复合工作液、主电源(脉冲电源)等技术难关,试制出新型铜基金刚石磨轮,水基工作液及主电源箱,使研究获得成功。该项技术具有国内先进水平。
