目的观察放疗联合热疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的疗效。方法对50例患者的91处恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛部位进行放疗+热疗和单纯放疗,放疗用直线加速器6MV-X线为主,剂量30GY/10F热疗,在放疗后1h内进行热疗1h/次,共4次,每周2次,q3d其中放疗+热疗组(观察组)共45个骨转移疼痛部位,单纯放疗组(对照组)共46个骨转移疼痛部位,用NRS(数字评分法)评估患者疼痛程度,记录爆发疼痛次数。结果对于全组及重度疼痛患者,差别有显著性;对于轻度及中度痛患者,虽然观察组有效率绝对值较高,但统计差别无显著意义。结论放疗加热疗止痛疗效好于单独放疗;分层分析,重度疼痛组疗效显著,放疗加热疗疗效明显好于单纯放疗组。
Objective To observe the curative effect of radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant bone metastases. The stratified analysis shows that the radiotherapy and hyperthermia are more effective than the radiotherapy alone.
