近几年来,随着我国公民法律意识的普遍提高,劳动仲裁受理的劳动争议数量每年均成倍增长。鉴于我国现行的劳动保护制度把劳动仲裁作为劳动争议的必经程序,因此劳动争议仲裁制度在实际操作过程中体现出来的种种缺陷就显得尤为突出,这些缺陷影响了劳动者在权利受到侵害后得到法律救济的权利。故充分认识到我国劳动争议仲裁制度的缺陷并逐渐改革和完善,无疑是市场经济中劳动关系和谐稳定发展的一个关键环节。
In recent years, with the general improvement of the legal awareness of our citizens, the number of labor disputes accepted by labor arbitration has doubled every year. In view of the fact that the current labor protection system in our country regards labor arbitration as a necessary procedure for labor disputes, the defects in the labor dispute arbitration system which are manifested in the actual operation process are particularly prominent. These defects have affected the laborers' rights to be violated The right to legal relief. Therefore, it is undoubtedly a key link in the harmonious and stable development of labor relations in the market economy that the full recognition of the flaws in our labor dispute arbitration system and its gradual reform and improvement are undoubtedly made.
