医院的管理行为是医院管理者对治理结构变革的反应,在目标明确的情况下,积极的管理行为是医院达到绩效目标的前提。为此,我们针对临床医生、护士和技术人员对管理行为满意度及其影响因素进行了调查和分析,为医院人力资源的科学管理决策提供依据。资料与方法1.研究对象抽取江苏省金坛市人民医院的一线医务人员为调查对象。该院为二级甲等综合医院,具有500张核定床位,是江苏省首批公立医院改革的试点单位。
Hospital management behavior is the reaction of hospital managers to the change of governance structure. Under the condition of clear goal, the positive management behavior is the premise of the hospital meeting the performance target. To this end, we conducted a survey and analysis on the degree of satisfaction with management behavior and its influencing factors for clinicians, nurses and technicians to provide scientific basis for decision-making of scientific management of human resources in hospitals. Materials and Methods 1. Subjects The first-line medical staff from Jintan People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected as the survey subjects. The hospital is a Grade A general hospital, with 500 approved beds, is the first batch of pilot units of public hospital reform in Jiangsu Province.
