本研究以河南省生产上主要推广的15个玉米杂交种为材料,采用近红外光谱分析技术,分析了赖氨酸含量在8种不同生态环境下的表现。结果表明,不同品种不同地点间赖氨酸含量存在明显差异。不同品种间赖氨酸含量变化范围为0.3162%~0.3588%,总平均值为0.3355%。赖氨酸含量大于0.3500%的品种有3个,为HE-1、HE-2和豫单101,显著高于其他品种。不同地点间赖氨酸含量变化范围为0.3136%~0.3666%,总平均值为0.3355%,其中赖氨酸平均含量以洛阳点最高,驻马店次之,并显著高于其他地点
In this study, 15 maize hybrids mainly popularized in Henan Province were used as materials, and the content of lysine in 8 different ecological environments was analyzed by near-infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that there were significant differences in lysine content among different varieties and locations. The contents of lysine in different varieties ranged from 0.3162% to 0.3588% with a total average of 0.3355%. Three varieties with lysine> 0.3500% were HE-1, HE-2 and Yudan 101, which were significantly higher than other varieties. Lysine content varied from 0.3136% to 0.3666%, with a total average of 0.3355%. The average content of lysine was the highest in Luoyang, followed by Zhumadian, and significantly higher than other sites
