在韩国,三分之一以上的高中生做零工。从8年级到11年级,大约34.1%的学生拥有做零工的经历,并且数量还在上升。学习期间做零工,对于青少年发展的影响,是正面还是负面的?本文系统的考察了韩国学术界有关这方面的研究成果,认为这种影响主要体现在消极方面。因此,不宜鼓励青少年在学习期间到社会上做零工。
In South Korea, more than a third of high school students do odd jobs. From the eighth grade to the eleventh grade, about 34.1% of students have the experience of doing odd jobs, and the number is still on the rise. What is the impact of part-time work during the study period on the development of adolescents? Is this study positive or negative? This paper systematically examines the research results of this field in South Korean academia and argues that this impact is mainly reflected in the negative aspects. Therefore, it is inappropriate to encourage young people to do part-time work in the community during their studies.
