针对阿南油藏压裂目的层特点及压裂工艺的特殊要求 ,提出了选择压裂液的基本依据 ,优选了压裂液添加剂 ,为现场施工提供了一套优质低损害压裂液体系。其主要技术特点是 :选用有机硼交联剂、新型胶囊破胶剂和优质破乳助排剂 ,减少压裂液对储层的损害 ;同时使用压裂液优化技术进行压裂液优化。室内评价实验和现场实施结果表明 ,优化的压裂液配方具有很好的综合性能 ,耐温耐剪切性能较好 ,低滤失 ,低表面 (界面 )张力 ,低损害 ,可满足油藏和压裂工艺的要求。在现场进行了 6口井的压裂施工 ,增产效果很好。
According to the characteristics of fracturing target layer and the special requirements of fracturing technology in Anan reservoir, the basic basis for selecting fracturing fluid is proposed. The fracturing fluid additive is optimized to provide a set of high quality and low damage fracturing fluid system for site construction. The main technical features are: selection of organic boron crosslinking agent, a new type of capsule breaker and high-quality demulsifier drainage agent to reduce the damage of fracturing fluid reservoir; the same time, the use of fracturing fluid optimization technology for fracturing fluid optimization. The results of laboratory evaluation and field experiments show that the optimized fracturing fluid formulation has good comprehensive properties, good temperature and shear resistance, low fluid loss, low surface tension and low damage, and can meet reservoir and reservoir conditions Fracturing process requirements. In the field of fracturing 6 wells, the yield is good.
