It is well-known that the Filipinos are yelling in English. English is the official language of the Philippines and English is used on most formal occasions. The popularity of English in the Philippines is high and there are very few people who do not speak English. As long as foreigners can speak English, they will be able to navigate anywhere in the Philippines. So the labor force in the Philippines is spread all over the world. Many organizations and companies in Europe and the United States have put their head offices in the Asia Pacific region.
