目的分析孕妇血清维生素A(Vit A)、维生素E(Vit E)、维生素D(Vit D)水平,为临床指导孕妇合理补充Vit A、Vit E、Vit D及预防相关疾病的发生提供参考。方法收集2016年1月至2017年5月在大连市金州区第一人民医院产科门诊常规产检孕妇878例,采用高效液相色谱法检测血清Vit A、Vit E水平,采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测血清25(OH)D水平,采用SPSS19.0软件对数据进行统计学处理。结果 878名孕妇血清Vit A水平为(0.38±0.10)mg/L,血清Vit E水平为(13.52±4.21)mg/L,血清25(OH)D水平为(17.88±8.80)ng/m L;血清Vit A总体异常率21.64%,其中缺乏率21.41%,过量率0.23%,孕早期Vit A缺乏率最高为30.80%;血清Vit E总体异常率7.40%,其中缺乏率0.23%,过量率7.18%;血清25(OH)D总体异常率66.97%,均为Vit D缺乏情况。结论孕妇Vit A、Vit D缺乏普遍存在,Vit E则存在过量情况,需要在孕期定期进行血清Vit A、Vit E、25(OH)D水平监测,合理正确补充,对保障母婴健康有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the levels of serum Vit A, Vit E and Vit D in pregnant women and provide reference for the clinical guidance of pregnant women in their rational supplementation of Vit A, Vit E and Vit D and the prevention of related diseases. Methods A total of 878 pregnant women at obstetric clinic of First People’s Hospital of Jinzhou District, Dalian from January 2016 to May 2017 were collected. Serum Vit A and Vit E levels were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) The level of serum 25 (OH) D was detected by mass spectrometry, and the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. Results Serum Vit A level of 878 pregnant women was (0.38 ± 0.10) mg / L, serum Vit E level was (13.52 ± 4.21) mg / L and serum 25 (OH) D level was (17.88 ± 8.80) ng / Serum Vit A overall abnormal rate of 21.64%, of which the lack of rate of 21.41%, overdose rate of 0.23%, VitA deficiency in early pregnancy the highest was 30.80%; VitE overall abnormal rate of 7.40%, of which the lack of rate of 0.23%, excessive rate of 7.18% ; Serum 25 (OH) D overall abnormal rate of 66.97%, are Vit D deficiency. Conclusion The deficiency of Vit A and Vit D in pregnant women is ubiquitous and the excess of Vit E exists. It is necessary to monitor serum levels of Vit A, Vit E and 25 (OH) D regularly during pregnancy to make rational and proper supplementation, which is of great significance to the protection of maternal and infant health .
