本工作用2～3公斤重的雄性家兔进行慢性实验,经腹腔注射泥炭腐植酸钠溶液。注射前自耳缘静脉采集血样品两次(时间间隔15分钟)于注射后两小时内每隔30分钟,两小时后每隔1小时自耳缘静脉采集血样品一次,测定血中葡萄糖浓度的变化。全部实验历时8小时。实验结果如下:
