原发性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是我国主要的消化道恶性肿瘤,其发生及发展是多阶段的,虽然它的病因和明晰的发病机制尚待研究,但目前已明确其发病是多基因变异及多因素共同作用的结果。大量研究表明,多种基因和蛋白的异常表达与原发性肝细胞癌的发生与发展有着不可分割的关联,研究其相关分子机制对其早期的诊断、治疗以及总体的诊疗上有一定的指导意义。1原发性肝细胞癌的标志物诊断分子
