移动式钢轨气压焊接头存在外观和内在缺陷。分析焊接接头外观缺陷高(低)接头及高低错位、旁弯及左右错位、轨角塌陷、局部凹陷、表面烧伤产生的原因,并提出应对措施;分析焊接接头内在缺陷光斑、未焊透、过烧、粗晶组织产生的原因,并提出应对措施。现场应用表明,钢轨气压焊接头具有较高的静弯、抗疲劳强度和良好的冲击韧性。
Mobile rail pressure welded joints have appearance and inherent defects.
