以富裕工业园分离立交桥为工程背景,结合整体式桥台桥梁的受力特点,探讨了整体式桥台、台后填土及搭板的构造措施。台帽及台柱身外包PE15Ⅲ型高压聚乙烯泡沫塑料,能减小台后土体因桥台移动而产生的变形,减小升温作用下台后土压力对结构的不利影响。同时,也能有效防止降温时桥台与台后填土间出现缝隙;桥头搭板采用分段的形式可有效释放结构的温度变形。利用具有高粘弹性的橡胶改性沥青填充材料作为变形缝的填料,既能方便施工、缩短工期,又能保证接缝质量,使接缝更加平顺。
Based on the engineering background of Fengyu Industrial Park separating overpasses, the structural measures of monolithic abutment, backfill and slab are discussed in combination with the mechanical characteristics of integral abutment bridges. Taiwan cap and pillar body outsourcing PE15Ⅲ high-pressure polyethylene foam, can reduce the deformation of soil due to the abutment movement and reduce the adverse effect of earth pressure on the structure under the warming effect. At the same time, it can also effectively prevent the gap between the bridge abutment and the backfill when cooling down. The bridgehead slab can effectively release the temperature deformation of the structure by the segmented form. The use of highly viscoelastic rubber modified asphalt filling material as a deformation joint, both for easy construction, shorten the construction period, but also to ensure the quality of joints, so that the joints more smooth.
