目的:探讨石榴皮鞣质改善慢性肾小球肾炎大鼠尿液代谢组学的通路。方法:运用KEGG数据库进行信号通路分析,用HMDB数据库对代谢产物分子注释、相关的酶或转运蛋白及其相关性质进行分析,Met PA网络软件对代谢产物路径进行可视化作图。结果:12个差异性代谢产物共参与了16条代谢途径,其中“色氨酸代谢”、“三羧酸循环”、“苯丙氨酸代谢”、“半胱氨酸和甲硫氨酸代谢”的代谢通路影响显著(P<0.05)。结论:石榴皮鞣质干预下的慢性肾小球肾炎大鼠中“色氨酸代谢”、“三羧酸循环”、“苯丙氨酸代谢”、“半胱氨酸和甲硫氨酸代谢”发生变化参与其病理过程。
Objective: To explore the pathway of pomegranate tannin in improving urine metabolome of rats with chronic glomerulonephritis. METHODS: KEGG database was used to analyze the signal pathways, HMDB database was used to analyze the molecular annotations of metabolites, related enzymes or transporters and their related properties, and the Met PA network software visualized the metabolic pathways. RESULTS: Twelve differential metabolites were involved in 16 metabolic pathways, among which “tryptophan metabolism”, “tricarboxylic acid cycle”, “phenylalanine metabolism”, “cysteamine Metabolic pathway of acid and methionine metabolism ”(P <0.05). CONCLUSION: In the chronic glomerulonephritis rats under the intervention of pomegranate peel tannin, the levels of tryptophan metabolism, tricarboxylic acid cycle, phenylalanine metabolism, cysteamine Metabolism of acid and methionine "changes in their pathological processes.
