2016年3月29日,笔者在常熟市第一中学观摩了一堂公开课,课题为《经济危机与罗斯福新政》(人教版历史九年级下册)。课后,执教者钱噙香老师得到了市教研员和近百位听课老师的高度评价。历史教研员周云华如是说:“依我看,一堂公开课成功与否取决于执教者对教师普遍存在的问题能合理处置,取决于教学设计创意的有效性,并能否形成公式化的借鉴价值。”一、简单问题新奇化上课伊始,钱老师通过实物展示,引入新课:
