宽容不是对学生的错误、缺点不闻不问,放任自流,而是教师对学生的过失要有肚量,不过分追究,使之有改过自新的机会,是尊重、信任、爱护学生的手段,也是作为一个班主任应有的品德。教育工作中的宽容形式不一,方法多样,这取决于教育者的教育机制。就此笔者浅谈以下几种方法:一表扬法人人均有自尊,常犯错误的学生往往自尊心更强,个性更倔强,做错了事也不愿接受批评。此时,如果教师能细心地找出其闪光点,用理解代替训斥,用表扬代替批评,效果会更好。
